Children saw many of the most famous art made by Koons such as:
- The huge sculpture called “Play-Doh”, which represents with great realism a giant block of plastic colors, identical to those made by children in preschool and shown here.
- His famous Balloon Dog, a three-meter sculpture of polished steel painted, which is inspired by one of those puppies made with balloons for children’s birthday parties.
- The Puppy a giant sculpture of a 12-meter-high dog built with flowers and an internal irrigation system that protects the entrance of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
“For me, art is a humanitarian act, and I think there is a responsibility that art can affect humanity, make the world a better place” – Jeff Koons
